Our SMS communication is intended solely for direct, personal, one-to-one conversations between you and a representative (employee) of Wireless Links. 
It is not used for marketing purposes, mass messaging, or automated communications. 

  1. Consent to Receive Messages

By engaging in an SMS conversation with Wireless Links, you agree to receive messages related to your inquiries, services, or support needs. 
Your participation is voluntary, and you may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. 

  1. No Marketing Content

We do not use SMS to send marketing promotions, advertisements, or other unsolicited commercial messages. 
All SMS communications are initiated based on your direct interaction with our employee. 

  1. Privacy and Data Usage

  • We do not sell, share, or disclose your SMS information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 
  • Message content may be stored securely for record-keeping, compliance, and customer service purposes. 
  1. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service provider. Wireless Links is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of SMS communication. 

  1. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to maintain prompt and reliable communication, Wireless Links is not liable for: 

  • Delays in message delivery; 
  • Incomplete, undelivered, or misdirected messages; 
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the SMS service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the SMS service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
